Day 139 - To The Core

On our first day back to school, we began another Core class - back to the basics, shall we say.
For the beginning of the class, our instructor, a self-proclaimed Anatomy Geek, had scrounged up an anatomy video that showed the bones and muscles of the upper back and chest. It even showed real cadavers in the video, that basically had the skin and adipose tissue peeled off to see all the muscles and how they relate to the bones.
Quite elightening.
After that, we got to give and receive bodywork! It's always good practice to work on classmates who can offer suggestions for improvement.
All I have to say is..."ahhhhh..."
